Remove the plate which looks like it has 5 teeth on it, something like tweezers or very small long nosed pliers will do.

Need to turn over seat lock and slide out the helmet lock shaft.

Suzuki GT750 seat lockThe only thing left to do is to remove the cylinder lock, this lock I stripped down a couple of days before and has been cleaned and greased up, the brass tab may not look the same colour or be visible as will be covered in years of crap, but it will be there somewhere, carb cleaner sprayed inside should help.

Suzuki GT750 seat lockThe brass tab needs to be pushed in towards the centre of the cylinder with the key in the lock and then the cylinder can easily slide out by pulling with the key, if there is any resistance either the tab is not pushed in flush or lock not rotated to the correct position.
